Aldencroft is operated by MTG GLOBAL LLC. This policy describes shipping for purchases from our store.

Shipping destinations and cost

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. The delivery address, options, any taxes and order total are shown before you place an order. We cannot ship to a destination for which checkout does not offer a delivery option.

Processing and delivery times

Standard shipping transit is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Processing time varies and is separate from transit; contact contact@aldencroft.shop with the item and destination for a processing estimate before ordering. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and international transit may vary by destination.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available after dispatch, we will provide the details. Please review your address at checkout. To request an address change, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact us with your order number and relevant details.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and customs charges, if applicable, depend on the destination and may be assessed by local authorities. Review the checkout information and local requirements before ordering.
