What is your return window?
Request a return within 30 days after receipt by emailing us with your order number. Items should be unworn and unused, in original condition with tags and packaging where supplied. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us before returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
When will I receive a refund?
We aim to inspect a received return within 5 business days and initiate an approved refund within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider determines how long the funds take to appear afterwards.
