Delivery
Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout, with estimated transit of 5–8 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate and varies; contact contact@aldencroft.shop before ordering for an estimate. International transit may vary by destination. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Returns
Request a return within 30 days after receipt. Email us with your order number, item and reason; for damaged, defective or incorrect items, include photos if possible. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. The customer is responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund timing
We aim to inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Read the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and full details.
